Test Items

1. General Requirements: Motor should have flexible performance with no load; no friction between rotor and stator thus abnormal noise. Controller should have communication function, fault diagnosis function for end use. Qualitified

2. General Test Items

 1) Housing Mechnical Intensity: Should be tolerable of no less than standard without plastic deformation. Qualitified

 2) Motor Stator Winding Cold DC Resistor: Should be as technical standard. Qualitified

 3) Insulation resistance: between motor stator winding and motor housing; between motor stator winding and temprature sensor; motor controller insulation resistance should be as technical standard. Qualitified

 4) Temprature Rise Test: Motor temprature rise should be within limit as regulation in standard  under defined working method. Qualitified

Applications can be for pump, compressor, marine, machine tools, ventilation, transmission equipment, mining use, but not under the inflammable, explosive and corrosive conditions.
